KEUKA PARK, N.Y. - The Gallaudet University women's soccer team ran into the top team in the North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) here Saturday as Keuka College handed the Bison a 3-0 loss.
Gallaudet (2-8-1. 0-5-1 NEAC) fell behind Keuka (8-3, 6-0 NEAC), just 28 seconds into the game, as the Wolves' Grace Wolf scored her third goal of the season. Keuka scored its second goal, 24 minutes later, and took a 2-0 lead into the half.
In the second half, Keuka netted a third and final goal in the 69th minute as Emily McGuigan scored an unassisted goal, her seventh of the season.
Freshman goalie Payton DeGraw (Salt Lake City, Utah) made nine saves in the loss.
GU was held to no shots for the first time this season.
Keuka recorded 23 shots and made seven corner kicks.

Gallaudet will make the trip over to Wells College (0-9, 0-6 NEAC) tomorrow (Sunday, Oct. 13) for a 2 p.m. conference game.
