Gallaudet drops one against CalTech Beavers 72-58
THOUSAND OAKS, CA--The Bison traveled to California for the first of two games at the Cal Lutheran Classic. Gallaudet lost at the hands of the California Institute of Technology Beavers, 72-58.
The game was tied at the 5-minute mark, 56-all, and the Buff and Blue did not convert scoring opportunities as the Beavers went on a 16-2 run to take the game.
Guard Jon Mowl led the Bison with 22 points, while Onye Davis and Lance Gonzalez added 13 and 12, respectively. Johnny Jackson led the rebounding charge with 10, and freshman Dan Fava pulled down 8. Mowl and Jackson both had team-high 4 assists.
Gallaudet (1-8, 1-3 CAC) will take on California Lutheran on
Wednesday, December 19 at 3:00 p.m. PST.
