Ryan Hite will begin his first season as the Offense Coordinator with Bison Football. He has spent the last three years coaching football at both the high school and college levels.  Most recently, Hite served as the Head Coach at North Baltimore High School (OH).  Prior to that, he coached tight ends at Ohio Northern University.  While on staff at Ohio Northern, Hite helped the Polar Bears defeat national powerhouse Mount Union College ending their 110-game regular season win streak.

Coach Hite is a 2003 graduate of Denison University (OH), completing a Bachelors degree in Political Science and Religion.
