Bison sweep St. Paul's

WASHINGTON, D.C.--The Bison combined for 27 runs and allowed visiting St. Paul to score only eight in two games. Gallaudet put forth a combined 30-hit effort to St. Paul's eight. In the first game, pitcher Jeremy Dolan went four-for-five, a game-high four hits. Catcher Justin Wilson recorded another game-high, with nine put-outs.
Game two had Jonathan Chanin conducting a three-for-four perfromance, two RBI bolstered by Dolan's additional four RBI and two-for-three effort at the plate. First baseman Bill Jacobs' glove contributed to five put-outs, with the team recording 12 hits, 15 runs in 25 at-bats.
Dolan also blasted a three-run home run in the fourth inning, capping the Bison scoring at 15 after a six-run first inning. The Bison scored in every inning (6, 2,4,3) before the 10-run mercy rule was invoked at the top of the fifth inning.
The Bison improve to 3-13 on the season, and take on Williamson
Trade on Tuesday April 3rd in another non-conference doubleheader.
