Advanced Conditioning Class will be held from Nov. 28th until Dec. 16th and are free and open to Gallaudet University faculty, staff and students. Strength and Conditioning Coordinator Stephon Healey and his staff run the classes. Below is the complete schedule of classes and time. All classes will meet at the weight room at the Field House.
